1. Service Cancellation Policy
MasterVM provides services under the jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming. Cancellation rights are determined by the specific service agreement and the terms accepted at the point of purchase.
2. Bandwidth & Resource Usage
In the event of a refund approval, MasterVM reserves the right to deduct the proportional costs associated with any network bandwidth, storage, or computational resources consumed prior to the effective cancellation date, as permitted under Wyoming commercial law.
3. Cryptocurrencies
Due to the volatile nature of digital assets and strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and BSA compliance protocols, payments settled via cryptocurrency are considered final and irrevocable.
- Crypto transactions are final.
- No credit payout for crypto deposits.
4. Refundable Methods
- Bank Transfer (ACH/Wire)
- Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe)
5. B2B Agreements
Contracts executed on behalf of business entities are governed by commercial contract law in the State of Wyoming. Statutory consumer protection regulations do not apply to B2B service agreements.
