Cryptocurrency Transaction Finality (AML, BSA & OFAC Compliance)
In strict alignment with United States Federal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) mandates, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations, all transactions settled via cryptographic protocols to MasterVM USA LLC are final, irrevocable, and completely non-refundable. By initiating a cryptocurrency payment, the customer certifies under penalty of perjury that they are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any US-sanctioned territory, nor listed on the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) registry. Reversal, extraction, or refunding of ledger balances deposited via cryptographic channels is legally and structurally barred.
Fiat Settlement, Resource Pro-Ration & Chargeback Enforcement
For commercial transactions processed via Credit Card, ACH, or digital wallets, accounts remain bound by standard platform limits. In the event of a verified service cancellation, outlays incurred for allocated network transit, active IPv4 leases, or high-performance bandwidth consumption are calculated explicitly and deducted permanently from any returnable balance.
NOTICE REGARDING PAYMENT DISPUTES: Any unauthorized or bad-faith payment reversals, disputes, or credit card chargebacks initiated via financial processing networks without first seeking formal written mediation with MasterVM USA LLC shall be treated as material financial fraud. Such actions trigger immediate termination of all virtual environments, account blacklisting, forfeiture of data infrastructure, and referral to international collection entities and corporate risk bureaus.
All financial records and consumer transactions are preserved securely by MasterVM USA LLC under applicable United States federal and state business provisions.
