Open Source Hypervisors & vHardware
We engineer our hypervisors exclusively on Open Source Operating Systems. MasterVM is in the business of delivering elite vHardware, rock-solid stability, and ultra-fast network transit—not software auditing. If you deploy proprietary software, you are operating strictly under a Bring Your Own License (BYOL) framework.
- We provide the raw compute and network. You control the software layer.
- We assume absolutely zero responsibility for license piracy or unauthorized third-party activations.
- Users must supply and input their own genuine commercial keys for any proprietary OS deployments.
General Licensing Rules
By utilizing the unmanaged compute infrastructure and automated provisioning systems provided by MasterVM USA LLC, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following binding terms:
Customer License Indemnification Mandate
The customer retains sole, exclusive, and unalterable legal liability for ensuring that any and all commercial software, custom third-party binaries, or operating systems executed within their private virtual resource allocations are legally acquired and fully licensed. MasterVM USA LLC operates solely as a neutral infrastructure utility, does not execute software audits on customer instances, and explicitly disclaims all statutory liability regarding unauthorized digital property execution within customer-controlled virtual environments under Wyoming commercial law.
Bring Your Own License (BYOL) & Neutral Infrastructure Disclaimer
MasterVM USA LLC is an independent Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) provider and is not an authorized software reseller, distributor, partner, or commercial licensing agent for any proprietary operating systems. We do not sell, bundle, lease, or distribute proprietary license keys.
All subscription and recurring fees paid to MasterVM USA LLC are solely for the lease of bare-metal hypervisor hardware capacity, dedicated CPU cycles, memory allocations, high-speed NVMe storage, and network transit. Customers deploying commercial operating systems must possess independent legal licensing rights (such as active enterprise agreements, volume licenses, or retail product keys) and are solely responsible for entering their activation credentials directly into their virtual machine.
INFRASTRUCTURE EXEMPTION CLAUSE: MasterVM USA LLC does not supply, inject, or validate software activation keys. End-users bear 100% operational and statutory compliance responsibility for all software configurations and activations applied to their provisioned instances.
DMCA & Copyright Infringement Policy (Safe Harbor)
In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and corresponding federal laws, MasterVM USA LLC operates under the "Safe Harbor" provisions for Internet Service Providers (17 U.S.C. § 512). As an unmanaged infrastructure provider, we do not monitor, endorse, or actively control the data, software, keys, or binaries uploaded to customer virtual machines.
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof, and believe that any software, content, or digital asset hosted on a MasterVM allocated IP address infringes upon your copyrights or licensing agreements, please submit a formal DMCA takedown notice to our designated compliance contact below.
