- Absolute zero liability for cracked, modified, or pirated activations run by users.
- Customers must supply their own legal retail or enterprise KMS keys to regularize software.
Open Source & Linux
Most Linux distributions and open-source operating matrices are provided under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or similar open source compliance guidelines.
- No additional licensing fees for core vendor kernels.
- Full compliance with native distribution community guidelines.
- Free operational use of standard OS deployment configurations.
General Licensing Rules
By utilizing the infrastructure environments and automated allocation systems provided by **MasterVM USA LLC**, you explicitly execute agreement to the following binding parameters:
Customer License Indemnification Mandate
The customer retains sole, absolute, and unalterable statutory liability for ensuring that any and all commercial software, custom third-party integrations, or operating systems deployed on their virtual resource allocations are legally valid and properly licensed. **MasterVM USA LLC** does not execute compliance audits on active environments and explicitly disclaims all responsibility regarding unauthorized digital property execution within user layers under Wyoming commercial codes.
Third-Party Retail Key Procurement Proxy Agent Disclosure
**MasterVM USA LLC** is not an authorized Microsoft software reseller, distributor, partner, or certified volume licensing provider. We do not maintain software key inventories, nor do we directly resell software assets to customers.
As an administrative convenience for enterprise operators, the Provider offers a specialized Procurement Proxy Service. Upon explicit customer order and billing authorization, our system engineering team will act purely as an authorized purchasing proxy to acquire a valid, legal Retail License Key on your behalf from a verified third-party online retailer and perform the physical installation/activation inside your virtual machine environment.
PROXY BILLING STRUCTURAL CLAUSE: Customers utilizing this proxy option will be assessed a single aggregated flat-rate service item. This total charge factors in both: (1) The active face-value retail pricing of the license secured from the online vendor on your behalf, and (2) The billable system engineering deployment time calculated by the active working minutes required to configure, integrate, and verify the operating system environment.
