1. Each Windows RDP comes with 99.99% uptime Guarantee & Can be renewed monthly .

2. Administrator does not take any responsibility for the way you use the service We may terminate your service if you do not co-operate with support team to resolve issue.

3. Your RDP can be suspended if you don't follow the DC rules.

4. We offer Payment Refunds , please check below for more information.

5. If the ABUSE Can't be handled from the Customer , the RDP will be puted on HOLD until the Customer will clarify the situation.

6. In many Cases the Abuses may come from Hacked Service , so please Set a strong complexive password in your RDP Server.

7. If u Create an Account with us , it means you have accepted all our rules.

- Payment Refund -

1. We Surely offer a payment Refund if the Payment was made by Credit/Debit Card or Paypal , any other kind of Payment the refund will remain into Account Credits if the client wants to pre-cancel the Service , the remaining days will be calculated and added as Credit into his account.

- Data Collection -

1. As a Company of Virtual Services , we collect Username , and E-Mail Address , so those data will be used only for the purpose of the VM Service.

- Service Contract -

1. No Contract or any kind of Passport , ID or Documents its needed to Purchase a Service

2. After first deposit the client accepts all the Terms of Service and no Refund will be initiated.
