Terms of Services - Rules

1. Each Server comes with 99.99% uptime Guarantee & Can be renewed monthly .

2. MasterVM & BACI Enterprise does not bare any responsibility for the way you use the service , all the responsibility goes directly to the Client incase of Abusive use.

3. Your Server will be Terminated if you don't follow the Datacenter rules and do not co-operate with Support Team to resolve issue

4. We offer Payment Refunds , please check below for more information.

5. Using the Server in Abusive way for example : "Illegall Activities" it's strictly prohibited , for any kind of issue you will be Informed via Abuse Section , please respond prompty.

6.1 The common Abuse reason may come from Hacked Service example(Using Weak Password like : abc@123,password,12345...), so please set a strong complexive password in your Server.

6.2 After the Abuse has been Received the Client should reply promptly within 24hours , if the client fails to reply and clarify the situation the Server will be terminated and no Credit Refund will be initiated.

- Payment Refund -

1. We Surely offer a payment Refund if the Payment was made by Credit/Debit Card or Paypal , any other kind of Payment the refund will remain into Account Credits , all services are charged in monthly basis.

- Licensing -

1.We do not offer Windows License for Windows Operating Systems , customer is responsible for its own Licensing and the use of it , we are responsible only to install a Unlicensed Windows Server ISO Image.

- Data Collection -

1. As a Company of Virtual Services , we collect Data that will be used only for the purpose of the VM Service.

1.1 The E-Mail address can be used for Marketing purposes of the company , but only with your approval.

1.2 We do not sell or share your Personal informations.

1.3 By Registered an Account with MasterVM.Com or BACI Enterprise the clients agrees that his data will be collected only for Registration Purpose and are Stored in our Database.

1.4 We do not collect personal IDs and Passport for Verification since the service is linked to us , incase of Abusive use the system will Auto Suspend the Service.

- Service Contract -

1. No Contract Required , the minimal duration of a Server will be 1 Month.

- Legal Registered Company -

1. BACI Enterprise is a legal Registered Business with Company ID : 811214816 and location in Republic of Kosovo.

2. We are Registered in ARIN Database under the ID : C10813721 and in RIPE Region with ASN215885 for any kind of Abuse please referr the data.
